Brother and Sister Love

Thought these were cute. I was trying to get a picture of Elizabeth and Cooper kept climbing up on her lap and then they were just laughing at eachother. One of those special and rare moments. The last one Cooper is making a funny face. He doesn't usually smile like that, but it was funny.

5 years ago today....

... we were blessed with our first baby girl. What a spunky vibrant thing she's turned out to be. We sure love her and can't believe she's already 5. It's crazy she's that old. Poor thing wasn't feeling well during her party and fell asleep with 30 min. left while her friends were running around and screaming. Sad. Anyway, just a few pics from the party.

Miss Caroline

Here are a few shots of Caroline from today. Finally did her hair and got a few glances at the camera from her. The ones I like best are on my other blog if you care to see them.

I'm Great

I've had several inquiries on my blog as to how I am feeling and I am happy to report that I am feeling pretty dang good. This has been my easiest pregnancy so far. I haven't been sick, just a little icky feeling sometimes, but I've been able to eat just about anything and I've still lost a few pounds. Yay! The major difference for me this time is that I've been really really tired. I've been able to get in a nap or two here and there, but not as many as I would have liked. But I guess that's what happens when you have to be a Mom right? It's been good though. I feel like I've gotten a lot of my energy back this past week because I was able to clean the kitchen, do 5 loads of laundry and not pass out from exhaustion. So, I think we're well on our way. Tomorrow I'll be 13 weeks, so we're moving forward. Thanks for all of you who have asked. It's nice to know people care. :)

Poor Baby

So Caroline was coming home from a friends house and I told Bri to go meet her at the door, but he was a good Daddy and went out there to bring her in. On the way in he slipped on some ice and Caroline smacked her face against the cement stairs. I heard him scream something and I ran to the door as he was bringing her in with blood running down her face and her eyes wide in shock and she wasn't breathing. Well, because she was crying. It freaked me out. So Brian was trying to look in her mouth to see if she lost any teeth. She didn't, but they were a little loose and there was a pretty good size cut on her gums. She fell asleep about 3 min after that, so I was worried about concussion even though she didn't hit her head. After about 10 min she started throwing up blood, so then I was really worried. But we figured it was because she was swallowing so much. She's been asleep for about 3 hours now and has woken up twice just to throw up. I hate it. It makes me hurt for her. Anyway, just thought we'd post a few pics of it. Boohoo.

I'm in love...

with Cooper. He's such a sweet little baby. I need him. He just radiates happiness and everytime I look at him I just smile. He's the best baby ever! Thankgoodness. Just thought I'd share a few snapshots of the cutie pie! I have a great video of him too. I'll see if I can add it later.

Sleddin' time

We took the girls sledding the other day. We meaning Bri did it, I took pictures. I did go down once, but we, Caroline and I, were headed for a tree so I stuck my boot down and made all kinds of snow fly in her face. They had a blast and Elizabeth walked up the hill with her sled by herself the whole time. I was amazed. I thought the backdrop to these pictures was amazing. What a beautiful mountain!
