April started out with some April Fool's pranks. I convinced Brian I think about 70% that I had left with Charlotte to go to Utah. It was an all day effort, I even moved my car, but he came home a different way and saw it. Oh well. I also gave the kids "brownies" (brown "e's") and jello drink. Spring showed up a little, which is always nice.
Even though we weren't there to celebrate, my Dad turned 60 years old. So sad we couldn't be there. I had worked hard on a photo video for him and we were able to watch and be part of it through webcam. Love him!
The girls had a mother daughter activity which was fun. I'm grateful to have such sweet girls who are a lot of fun to be around.
Spring started showing up, which I always love!
We had our Easter egg hung and just as we were ending it started raining. The kids wouldn't give up until all the eggs were found, so they came in a little wet.
Always a little creative play making going on. I love it!
Our first completely solo Easter. Kind of made me sad, but it was still a wonderful day. We are so blessed to be able to have such a wonderful meal and so grateful to our Savior and his sacrifice and that he was resurrected, as we too will be one day.
Caroline tried out for the talent show by doing a dance. She did a great job and even though she didn't make it, she said she did her best and was glad she tried out.
